6. Contract signing:

After both parties reach an agreement, the company's business department drafts a formal contract text to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, the specific content of the project, quality standards, acceptance methods, breach of contract liability, etc., to ensure that the contract terms are accurate and in compliance with laws and regulations and the interests of both parties.

7. Project implementation:

The company delivers materials to the construction site on time according to project requirements, prepares the construction site, and carries out construction in accordance with the construction plan and design drawings to ensure that the construction meets specifications and standards.

8. Project communication:

Regularly communicate with customers about the progress of the project, and promptly feedback problems and solutions encountered during construction to ensure that customers have a full understanding of the project implementation process.

9. Project acceptance:

After the project is completed, invite customers to conduct project acceptance, and customers inspect and test the project according to the acceptance standards and methods agreed in the contract. If the customer has any objections to the quality of the project, the company will handle and resolve it in a timely manner until the customer is satisfied.

10. Acceptance and quality assurance services:

After the customer's acceptance is qualified, both parties sign the acceptance report to confirm the delivery and receipt of the project. The company provides customers with a certain period of warranty service. During the warranty period, if there are quality problems with the project, the company will repair or replace it free of charge.
